Jasmine L., 44
"I stopped feeling guilty for needing medications. I used to think I had to choose either do it all naturally or stay on meds forever. This course helped me realize I can do both. Now I’m using food to support my body and my meds. It’s not either-or it’s both working together."
Emily R., 39
"This should honestly be part of RA treatment from the beginning. I’ve had RA for years and not one doctor ever talked to me about food. This course filled in so many gaps. I actually feel like I understand what’s going on in my body and how to help it."
Darlene M., 62
"I feel better, and my labs are better too. Not only do I have fewer flares, but my energy is better and my inflammation numbers actually went down at my last check-up. That was the moment I thought, ‘Okay, this is really working.’"
Maria T., 47
"This course gave me hope again. I was in pain every single day and nothing seemed to help. I didn’t want to keep piling on more meds, but I didn’t know what else to do. I knew food was a piece of the puzzle I hadn’t fully explored, but I was scared to take it on by myself. This course actually made it feel doable. After a few weeks, I noticed I wasn’t as stiff in the mornings, and that alone felt huge."
Samira B, 58
"It made everything feel less overwhelming. I had tried cutting out dairy, gluten, sugar you name it. I was exhausted and still confused about what actually mattered. This course broke it down so simply. I finally felt like I could just make normal meals without overthinking every bite."
Meet Your
Instructor
Early in my career as a pediatric rheumatologist, I sat across patients and families doing everything I was trained to do: prescribe medications, adjust doses, check labs—hoping I could help ease their symptoms.

And sometimes, that was enough.
But too often, my patients still didn’t feel well.
Their labs looked better, but their lives didn’t. They were still tired. Still in pain. Still flaring. I thought I understood what they were going through.
Until I was diagnosed with RA myself. Suddenly, I wasn’t just the doctor—I was the patient.
I followed every guideline. Took every recommended step. And still, I failed nine medications in pursuit of remission.
It was exhausting—physically and emotionally. And it opened my eyes to something I hadn’t fully understood:
Even when the labs improve, people can still feel unwell.
That realization pushed me to look beyond prescriptions and procedures. I pursued additional training in integrative medicine to expand the tools I could offer—tools that addressed not just inflammation, but energy, pain, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
I began exploring the role of food—not trendy diets, but real, evidence-based ways nutrition could support healing.
I tested strategies on myself first. Then, slowly, with my patients.

And it worked. Less pain. More energy. Better days.
Not because food replaced medication— but because it became a powerful partner in care.
Now, I practice differently.
I created Eat to Ease RA for people like us—those who’ve done everything “right,” yet still don’t feel like themselves.
This course gives you a clear, sustainable path to use food as a tool—not a trend—to lower inflammation and feel better.

Because you deserve more than just managing symptoms.
You deserve to feel like you again.
