Healing Beyond Your
Diagnosis
Living with RA or any autoimmune condition can feel unpredictable and exhausting. Dr. Singla provides personalized, whole-person care that looks beyond labs and joint pain to understand why symptoms persist and what may be contributing to them.

As both a rheumatologist and someone living with RA herself, she brings medical expertise together with lifestyle and integrative strategies to help you achieve greater stability, fewer flares, and a clearer path forward. This is care for adults who want more than prescriptions. They want answers, direction, and a plan that fits their real life.
Please note that adult patients must have an established adult rheumatologist overseeing the primary medical management of their autoimmune condition. Dr. Singla provides integrative evaluation and supportive management designed to complement and enhance your existing rheumatology care.
Adult patients with an established autoimmune diagnosis who are interested in an integrative assessment and personalized recommendations to enhance their overall care. Examples include:

After completing the Game Plan, follow-up care with Dr. Singla and the Rheum to Grow team is tailored to your needs.
Based on her recommendation, some patients check in as needed, while others benefit from regular visits every 3–4 months to review progress, update labs, medications/supplements, and adjust the plan as necessary.
This optional service, priced separately, is ideal for patients who want ongoing support and accountability to make the Game Plan easier to follow, sustainable, and more likely to improve your daily health and function.

Before Your Arrival:
-
Before the visit, our team gathers your medical records so Dr. Singla can review them in detail, making the consultation focused and efficient while ensuring all your questions are addressed during your face-to-face visit.

During the Consultation:
-
Unlike a typical rheumatology visit, in addition to a thorough history and physical exam, Dr. Singla also reviews your routines and environment — including nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, emotional well-being, social support, and surroundings — to see the whole picture of your health.
-
After reviewing the diagnosis, treatment goals, and medication side effects, a personalized Game Plan is created. It blends conventional therapies with supportive strategies tailored to daily life, helping manage symptoms, improve function, and support overall well-being.
-
Labs are collected in-office, processed, and sent to Quest. They are billed to insurance, with discounted cash options available if needed.
-
Auricular acupressure is applied as indicated (if desired).

After the Consultation
-
About two weeks after the consultation (once all labs/imaging have resulted), Dr. Singla calls to review results, adjust the Game Plan if needed, answer questions, and communicate the plan with your other doctors.
