Meet Kellie
Blake
Kellie Blake, RDN, LD, IFNCP is our Registered Dietitian, bringing an integrative, whole-person lens to nutrition care for children, teens, and adults with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

Kellie graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2001. She was named a Top Ten Dietitian by Today's Dietitian magazine, and her clinical background spans acute care and psychiatric nutrition. She is also faculty at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, where she mentors students and contributes to curriculum research. Kellie has authored three books, and her writing has appeared in Integrative Practitioner and other industry publications.

Kellie's own experience with autoimmune disease is part of why she does this work. Like many of the families she now works with, she got curious about integrative strategies for her psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, and has been in sustained, medication-free remission for years!

Her approach is additive, not restrictive: adding nourishing foods in, closing nutrient gaps related to disease activity or medication, and helping patients feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Nutrition works alongside your medical care, never in place of it.
