Integrative Health Coach
Haynes Paschall is an Integrative Health Coach passionate about helping individuals and families improve their health through practical, sustainable changes. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Christian University and a Master of Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After working with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Girls on the Run, she took time off to raise her three children before returning to her career in 2013.

That year, Haynes enrolled in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied over 100 dietary theories and deepened her understanding of holistic health. Since then, she has guided many patients toward better well-being and holds advanced certifications in gut health and hormone health. She continuously stays informed on the latest health research to offer the best possible support.

Haynes partners with patients and families to improve their health through nutrition, lifestyle habits, and overall well-being. During an initial consultation, she listens to concerns and helps set clear health goals. Follow-up sessions focus on reviewing progress, adjusting strategies, and implementing changes that fit each person’s life.

Her approach is flexible and may include meal planning/prepping, grocery store tours or group workshops and family coaching. Whether the focus is diet, sleep, stress management, or other wellness areas, Haynes provides practical guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
